With a distinguished 33-year career in Human Resources, including 25 years of leadership at L&T, Poonam Chandok has transitioned into a dedicated role within the social sector. Throughout her extensive corporate tenure, she cultivated deep expertise in Organization Development, Change Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning & Development.

Following her early retirement from L&T, Poonam has channeled her professional acumen and commitment to service into her current work with Ekam Foundation Mumbai. She is passionate about supporting the foundation’s decade-long mission to provide essential healthcare and education to underprivileged children and is focused on driving meaningful, sustainable impact in these areas.
