Kanchan Sasane holds a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and an MBA in Human Resources, with over 7 years of experience in the social development sector. She is passionate about social service and has positively impacted the lives of more than 10,000 people across education, healthcare, youth development, community development, and entrepreneurship. Her journey began with Childline India Foundation, after which she successfully completed the Piramal Foundation Fellowship.Over the years, Kanchan has worked with various NGOs at both local and international levels and has also completed internships with UNDP and Loksatta Newspaper.Recently, Kanchan joined Ekam Foundation Mumbai, where she manages day-to-day activities in coordination with the team, hospitals, patient families, and MSW social workers. Alongside operations, she also oversees documentation and report writing, ensuring that the organization’s impact stories are effectively captured and shared.
