Aditi Kothari is the Head of the Mentoring and Placements Programme. In this capacity, she oversees the design and implementation of initiatives that prepare students for career opportunities through structured mentoring, skills development, and industry engagement. Her work involves building partnerships with educational institutions, corporate stakeholders, and volunteer networks to provide deserving students with access to guidance, internships, and employment
pathways.
A computer engineer by training, Aditi brings over a decade of experience in teaching and mentoring students across age groups. She is an ardent believer of universal education and equal access to opportunities, and she champions programmes that bridge the gap between education and employability. She is also an alumna of the India Leaders for the Social Sector (ILSS) Leadership Programme.
