Shailesh Janwalekar is a programme associate who is responsible for day-to-day support to patients and their families, guiding them on where to seek support in their medical journeys, connecting them with Medical Social Workers, hospitals etc. His strength lies in building strong rapport with MSWs and other hospital staff for the welfare of children. With 9 years of experience and an HSC education, Shailesh is a diligent worker who is skilled in following instructions. In the past two years, he has supported almost all types of surgery and education work, showcasing his versatility and adaptability to different tasks. His contributions have been valuable to Ekam Foundation Mumbai and have helped ensure the success of their projects.
